We still have a few places available on our next Charcuterie workshop on 16th May 2026. This is a full day, hands-on workshop where participants learn the secrets to making PROPER Welsh salted bacon, hot-smoked sausages and delicious air-dried chorizo. The workshop starts at 9.30am with a complementary Baker's Pig breakfast, and finishes at 4.30pm.Lunch will be provided.

This workshop is the perfect gift for food-lovers who want to know why bacon oozes frothy water in the frying pan and ends up tasting crap ๐Ÿค”
