A few new sausages to trial tomorrow (limited)....

🥄 GLUTEN FREE PORK - a more traditional pork sausage away from our usual lovely Sage and Onion flavour. Let's see if you can figure out the background herbs and spices I'm using here.

🍁🌶️ 🥓 VENISON with SMOKEY MAPLE, CHILLI & BACON - I like the sound of this.... smokey, sweet, spicy and salty - it's got it all going on.

🍋‍🟩 🌿 PORK, LIME & CORIANDER - technically not new, just back from the archives. Could this be the new summer favourite?

As I say, new ones to trial, see if we like them, more importantly see if you like them, adjust them, tweak them and see if they become a regular fixture.

Bank Holiday Weekend incoming 🤸‍♂️

We've been busy making the sausages and burgers ready for the May Fayre on Monday (our shop will be closed this day 🔐).

So... catch us between 9 and 3 tomorrow for all your weekend goodies.

A nice selection of minced lamb products for the weekend....

MINI RUSTIC LAMB TRUFFLES - seasoned minced lamb with a mint and rosemary glaze, garlic sauce and parsley garnish. £3.50 each

MINTED LAMB KOFTAS - seasoned minced lamb on a skewer, finished in a mint glaze. Perfect for the bbq. £1.30 each (this price varies depending on what size we make them for the week)

MINTY LAMB BURGERS - a nice change from beef with extra mint. £1.75 each (approx)

BENGALI LAMB BURGERS - quarter pounders bursting with aromatic spices. Something different. £1.75 each (approx)

All made with King's Worthy Lamb, Wi******er.

9 'til 3 today folks (normal Saturday opening hours). We will then be shut Easter Sunday & Monday.

A few things sold out but we've had a good top up yesterday, so there's a lovely selection for your bank holiday weekend meats.

📸 Some of the last of the lamb - racks/cutlets, bone in breast/ribs, rolled breasts. Kings Worthy Lamb, Wi******er.

📸 Topside of Belted Galloway beef

📸 Proper pork chops.... always. Free Range Pork.

📸🍴 Rolled breast of lamb roast. Not to be overlooked, give it plenty of time and this is a delicious 2-4 person roast (depending on joint size and appetite). One of the most cost effective options to put lamb on the table too.
