This week we are participating in Love Lamb week which runs 1st -7th September. This years theme is Make it Lamb.

‘Make It Lamb' is a national campaign celebrating the 11th year of Love Lamb Week - showcasing the naturally delicious taste and versatility of British lamb, while recognising the dedication and hard work of the farmers who produce it.

Lamb is so much more than a delicious Sunday roast. Its array of cuts and ability to carry such diverse flavours makes it ideal for a variety of cuisines, from Greek and Mexican to Indian and British. We love lamb and think it adds a touch of class to any dish.

This week we will be posting some recipe ideas, showing some of our favourite ways to make any occasion a winner with lamb.
