Once we started asking, we were amazed at how many people are very precious about what is, and isn't, allowed in their toastie! For us, the rule is no tomato. For others it might be a certain type of cheese, or perhaps a little chutney. What's your toastie non-negotiable?

What's your favourite thing about the arrival of autumn? The colours? Getting the fire on? Comfort food? Let us know. I think for us, one of the things we enjoy most is a baked brie. Comfort food at its best.

Harvest is a busy time on farms but our favourite part of harvest is the 'picky tea' - cheese, ham, dried fruit, crisps, maybe some olives, all enjoyed in the stubble field. What is your favourite element of a 'picky tea'?
