Hello!
Would anyone be interested in buying a cake for the weekend?
A lady ordered these for collection yesterday. We were corresponding through the week after she requested them a couple of months ago. She said she still wanted them, but has not collected and I cannot get a reply to my messages since I re-sent her the invoice.
I don't usually bake until I receive a deposit but last week I was so busy, I didn't check but assumed she had paid direct to my bank account after she asked for the balance owed, so I made them 🤦‍♀️.
I don't want them to sit here and spoil and I currently don't have room to freeze one whole cake never mind two!
They are 8 inch Carrot and Cherry & Almond. Both gluten and dairy free x

Tickets are sold out, however we will be outside along with Bee Gluten Free and you do *not* need tickets to visit us 😲

I hope everyone wants bread and pies on Sunday🤞🏻! My orders are here, and now my parent's have boxes everywhere to keep them cool and in the dark, (just some of them on the photos below) 🤭
The dates on most of the breads are 21st July, but as anyone knows who has had bread from Wheat-free Bakery Direct, if kept cool and dark or frozen (everything I have freezes well) it will last much longer.
Every pre-order will be baked tomorrow, and I will add all of the other items I have planned (sorry, much less than I had hoped to make for you, but I will have to keep sitting to rest my knee and back).
I look forward to seeing all of you, new, and familiar faces on Sunday 😁x
p.s The next post will list the full selection we have available. Please order your pies just before you leave the hall, as we are keeping them frozen for you.

For those attending the Gluten Free event on Sunday.
I am sorry, but there will not be as many baked items from me as I was planning on the table. Unfortunately, I have twisted my knee and hurt my back after fainting during a very random Coeliac episode a couple of days ago (I hit some furniture as I fell). I was hoping I would have fully recovered by now but I am still in quite a lot of pain.
I will bake for as long as I can stand, but taking a lot of breaks will mean the variety of cakes will not be as I planned and wanted it to be for you (I will make sure all pre-orders are made and put aside).
There will, however, be a greater range of breads, rolls, frozen pasties and pies as I have ordered extra to fill my two tables for you.
