Our 6 Week Challenge is a great way to kick start your new health and fitness habit and get lots of support as you rebuild, re gain or just start getting in shape for the first time.
We specialise in looking after a maturer person ( 30 plus) but any age is welcome.
We really encourage the super unfit and absolute beginner to come
along as we know how stressful and daunting it can be to start this journey.
There are no mirrors in the outdoors, no judgement and definitely no spandex or lycra or muscle tops.
