We’re open today for anyone needing to pick up those last few bits before Christmas.

The shop will be open as normal this morning and we’ll be closing at 1pm.

We just want to say a genuine thank you to everyone who’s supported Ashtead Fruit Box over the Christmas period, whether that’s popping in regularly, recommending us to friends, or choosing to shop local. It really does make a difference.

For the past few years, our community has come together in the most incredible way to support our Christmas appeal, and we’re so proud to be doing it again this year 🎄

We’re collecting gift card donations to support the children of families helped by Epsom & Ewell Foodbank, with donations open until 20th December.

The generosity we see year after year never goes unnoticed. Thank you for helping us continue this tradition 💝

🎄 Ashtead Fruit Box Update 🎄

We’ll be taking a little break before the Christmas rush!

🍌 Our last day open this week will be Thursday 20 November, and we’ll be closed from Friday 21 – Sunday 30 November.
We’ll reopen on Monday 1 December, fully recharged and ready for full Christmas mode 🎅✨

While I’m away (swapping fruit boxes for coconuts in Barbados ☀️🥥), make sure to get your Christmas order forms filled in. It’s the perfect time to get organised before the December madness begins!

Our Christmas Order Form for 2025 is now available!

You can choose from our thoughtfully selected Christmas Veg Boxes, Fruit Boxes, and Salad Boxes in a range of sizes — or mix and match your favourites from our full seasonal selection.

Pick up a paper order form from the shop or download it from our social media pages.
Once filled out, you can:
📍 Return it in person to the shop
📧 Email it to: [email protected]

✨ Collection or Delivery Options
You can choose to collect your order or have it delivered straight to your door.
Simply tick your preferred date on the form:
🗓️ Sunday 21st, Monday 22nd, Tuesday 23rd, or Wednesday 24th (morning only)

This week’s Ashtead Fruit Box Finds 👇

🥝 SunGold kiwis – golden, juicy, and full of tropical sweet flavour (and vitamin C!)

🌶️ Padron peppers – just toss them in a hot pan, a little oil, sea salt, and you’re sorted. Most are mild… but every now and then one’s got a kick.

Two favourites we can’t get enough of this week. 🍃

Is this window even more stunning in the dark?

A little note to say you may have noticed a lot of the shops on our lovely street are a little damp! The rainfall over the weekend has caused a lot of sogginess up and down the road, so please excuse the damp smell, the whir of the dehumidifiers and slightly frazzled workers.

With that in mind, please continue to use us all in the bad weather! As it gets chilly continue to buy your hot drinks from Handley's Cafe, Brew Forty Two and Greenwise. As it is Sunday roast weather there are lots of choices at Ashtead Fruit Box for your fruit and veggies! Pop down to Bumbles for all your gift needs, Christmas has already arrived there and it looks glorious. Get your eyes tested Ashtead Eye Clinic who are the luckiest shop on the street as they get to face our lovely window!

We can't wait to share so many more of the businesses on the way up to Christmas, we are all trying our best to shop small this year, which often means starting early! Ashtead Shopping Evening is 9th December so mark it in your diaries.

Ramble over, we love our street, we love our customers and we are very excited for the upcoming months!
