‼️WE ARE OPEN AT BERKHAMSTED MARKET TODAY‼️

Good morning all,

We haven’t posted for a while as we know how busy the summer holidays can be for you all.

But now everyone is back to school etc we just thought we would remind you that we are open today and what a wonderful selection of produce we have to offer.

Everything you see we brought during the night (while your sleeping we’re working)
Can’t get no fresher than that!

Aswel as all our wonderful English produce we have some fantastic exotic fruits aswel.

Custard apples
Granadilla fruit (a very sweet passion fruit)
Beautiful Turkish figs.

English Victorias
Best quality greengages.

We also have mixed squash today if you’re feeling ready for autumn.

The list goes but let your own eyes be your guide.

It’s been a tough summer for our farmers with the weather English and European farmers have both struggled and it’s set to be a difficult winter aswel.
So just remember when you shop with us or a local independent business you are supporting the farmers and the industry.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our loyal and regular customers.

Just a little reminder that we will be open in Berkhamsted tomorrow just like every other Saturday.

Fully stocked with the freshest best quality produce.

This really is our favorite time of year! All the English berries are in full swing along with lots of fresh English salad.

ITS LITTLE BOSSES BIRTHDAY TODAY!!🎂🎉🥳

Here at M.SMITH AND SONS we would just like to wish Michael a very happy birthday.

So if you’re in Thame today pop by and give him a little happy birthday.

Michael is up at 10oclock the night before to go to the London wholesalers sourcing the best quality produce to bring to your market.

Everything he buys has got to be class 1 and quality is always he’s main priority.
There is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes and Michael makes this happen so thank you Michael.

Even on he’s birthday he will still be working a very hard day.

Even though the weather isn’t the best we still put in the same effort if not more than a sunny day.

It’s more important to support us on a day like today than it is in the sun.

Hi All,

With the Easter holidays nearly over and the kids going back to school Monday.

You’ve all probably eaten way too much chocolate.
It’s time to start thinking about healthy dinners at home and kids pack lunches.

We will be open and fully stocked tomorrow at Berkhamsted market.

As always we only stock first class produce.
Recently we’ve had a few people ask why does our produce last and taste so much better than supermarket.
Well here’s a little insight none of our produce is in cold storage it’s brought during the early hours of the morning and sold to you the same day meaning you get all the shelf life from the produce.
Also we don’t buy inferior products to sell for a cheap price we always pay more for our produce to ensure quality and flavor.

We have lots of wonderful English produce starting to come through now, along with the fabulous Jersey royals.

Quality is just a way of life for us. You are what you eat!
