We all know nothing beats a good cuppa — but did you know your favourite tea can also transform a dish?
Earlier this year, while on holiday in Malaysia, my husband and I visited the iconic TWG Tea salon and enjoyed the most magical afternoon tea — where every single dish was made with tea as an ingredient. It was the most delicious inspiration!
Back home, I've been experimenting ever since — discovering how tea can elevate both sweet and savoury recipes. Think Masala Chai gelato, jasmine & lemon cured salmon, and Lady Grey shortbread biscuits.
