Join us on Sunday, 28th September 2025 at Pinbox Farm for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the art of butchery.

Welcome and introduction 11am

We’re kicking off the day with a special feature:,
a finished steer will be shown and relevant points observed by our Dexter expert on the day, followed by a discussion with the resident butcher on what he is looked for in a finished animal. This is a unique chance to learn directly from the experts about quality, readiness, and the standards that matter.
