💙 Blue cheese fans, our uniquely cube-shaped Blue Murder is ready for tasting! And arriving this afternoon… Montagnolo Affiné plus Fourme d’Ambert, a brand-new blue to our counter. 👀

🍄 Gubbeen is also back in stock - a rich, semi-soft Irish cheese with a deliciously mushroomy, nutty rind, made by the 5th-generation Ferguson family in Cork.

We’ve cleaned out our cheese buyer of True Grit & Rockstar, but fingers crossed they’ll be back for Friday! 🤞

Meanwhile, Ubriaco di Raboso “Drunken Cheese” is back on the counter! 🇮🇹🍷 Pop in for a wee taste.

We’ve also been enjoying the Snowdonia Purple Vale - strong cheddar, caramelised red onion & Giusti balsamic. Delicious with an Olina’s Wafer or Miller’s Earth Cracker! 😋

And there’s plenty more to tempt you with including Comté, Lincolnshire Poacher, Brebirousse, Blue Murder, Montagnolo Affiné, Camembert & very smelly Époisses!
