Hard to believe this has to be said, but being that there has been snow and ice all over the ground for the past two weeks, expect some short delivery delays.

Please refer to the tracking information sent to you by email upon shipping and understand sometimes Royal Mail do not scan your order until it reaches your local mailing centre.
