🥬 Vegetable Spring Rolls

Ingredients

* 10 spring roll wrappers
* 1 cup shredded cabbage
* 1 cup julienned carrots
* ½ cup bean sprouts
* ¼ cup sliced bell peppers
* 2 green onions, sliced
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tsp soy sauce
* 1 tsp sesame oil
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Oil for frying

Instructions

1. Heat sesame oil and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
2. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
3. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
4. Cool the filling completely.
5. Place 2–3 tbsp filling on each wrapper and roll tightly.
6. Fry at 175°C (350°F) until golden brown.

Dipping Sauce: Sweet chili sauce.

🍤 Shrimp Spring Rolls

Ingredients

* 10 rice paper wrappers
* 12 cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 1 cup cooked rice vermicelli
* 1 cup lettuce leaves
* ½ cup julienned carrots
* ½ cucumber, julienned
* Fresh mint leaves
* Fresh cilantro

Instructions

1. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
2. Place lettuce, vermicelli, vegetables, herbs, and shrimp in the center.
3. Fold sides inward and roll tightly.
4. Serve chilled.

🥜 Peanut Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

* ¼ cup peanut butter
* 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 2–3 tbsp warm water
* 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions
Whisk everything together until smooth.

🍗 Chicken Spring Rolls

Ingredients

* 10 spring roll wrappers
* 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
* 1 cup shredded cabbage
* ½ cup julienned carrots
* ¼ cup sliced bell peppers
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tsp oyster sauce
* 1 tsp sesame oil
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Oil for frying

Instructions

1. Sauté garlic in sesame oil.
2. Add chicken and vegetables.
3. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce.
4. Cool the mixture.
5. Roll in wrappers and seal edges with water.
6. Fry until crispy and golden.

Dipping Sauce: Sweet chili sauce or plum sauce.

Ingredients

* 10 rice paper wrappers
* 1 cup firm tofu, sliced
* 1 cup shredded cabbage
* ½ cup julienned carrots
* ½ cucumber, julienned
* 2 tbsp soy sauce

* 1 tsp rice vinegar
* Fresh mint and cilantro

Instructions

1. Marinate tofu with soy sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar for 10 minutes.
2. Soften rice paper wrappers.
3. Layer vegetables, herbs, and tofu.
4. Roll tightly and serve fresh.

Ingredients

* 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
* 2 tbsp peanut butter
* 1 tbsp water

Instructions

Ingredients

* 2 lbs chicken wings
* ½ cup hot sauce
* ¼ cup butter
* 1 tbsp white vinegar
* ½ tsp garlic powder
* Salt to taste
* Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Pat wings dry and season lightly with salt.
3. Bake for 35–40 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway.
4. Melt butter and whisk with hot sauce, vinegar, and garlic powder.
5. Toss hot wings in the sauce until fully coated.
