Our shop in Barnstaple, Maiden street, is available to lease, it's a great space with a tonne of passing trade, it would be perfect for a small cafe/restaurant and can come with a fully equipped kitchen, freshly painted interior and exterior, we also have everything you'd need to get started, chairs and tables etc, simply walk in and set up trade! Sadly we are simply unable to utilise the full space due to other commitments.
