Food For Thought is Barry's only 5* local Delicatessen, stocking a large range of cheeses, cooked meats, chutneys, jams, breads, herbs and ideal kitchen essentials. We are one of Barry's busiest sandwich bars at lunchtime as we make all of our sandwich filling fresh on the premises. We have a large range of baguettes, sandwiches, rolls and paninis, also making homemade pasties, pies and cakes throughout the day!
