Can’t beat a message at 4:30am from your supplier showing you how good the beef is they have picked for you…

We will hang this now for 2 weeks and some will go straight in our dry ager for 4-5 weeks…

Weather this weekend is the best, so we have gone big on our joint display today.. we got a great selection of pork,beef,chicken and new seasons lamb on display for you to cook up that lovely roast dinner this weekend..

The boss has done a lovely porchetta !!! With a lovely seasoning of toasted fennel seeds,garlic,black pepper corns,herbs sea salt… I know what joint I will be taking home this weekend!!
