Weather this weekend is the best, so we have gone big on our joint display today.. we got a great selection of pork,beef,chicken and new seasons lamb on display for you to cook up that lovely roast dinner this weekend..

The boss has done a lovely porchetta !!! With a lovely seasoning of toasted fennel seeds,garlic,black pepper corns,herbs sea salt… I know what joint I will be taking home this weekend!!

Hanging system being fully tested this week, full body of beef hanging is exactly what a butchers shop should be all about… this allows us to offer all the cuts to our customers, means we get to see how good the beef is before we butcher it and lets us hang it for extra flavour and tenderness for our customers!!

Busy day yesterday in the shop with all the new equipment coming in..

Here’s just some of the new stuff we have added..

We’ve been looking for a while for a hanging system for our fridge and tried multiple companies on line but just couldn’t get what we wanted..

So we looked closer to home and worked with Ross Taylor-gibbs of Severnside TDC Frabrication to come up with this beauty… exactly what we wanted.
If you’re looking for anything to do with metal fabrication Ross and Johnny Hill are your go to. Professional, clean and very good at what they do…

Watch out next week we will show you it nice and full before we butcher it for all our customers…

Want to make your own fake away!!! Well we got some dry aged smash burgers. 🍔🍔

To make a perfect smash burger you need the right mix to start with, our mix is all off our dry aged ribs and contains 30% of fat which give the flavour and caremlise the burger to give it the flavour and texture the smash burgers gets its reputation from!!!
