You may have spotted some new field signs up recently 👀
But what’s that about?
We’ve planted around 45 acres of our beloved winter barley, and we’re hopeful for a robust yield of approximately 90-130 tonnes! 🌾
The anticipation is palpable as we nurture these little seedlings, knowing that so many factors can influence our final harvest. Fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly, and we achieve the best possible outcome – malting grade our beer🤞
Come August, we’ll be busy harvesting, drying, and cleaning our barley, making sure it’s in prime condition for malting in January at the wonderful . Stay tuned for updates on our progress, and let’s keep our fingers crossed for a good harvest!
