The sun is shining and its set to be a great spring weekend. What better time to start to offer a wee lunch option for the people of Battle.

Freshly filleted local Plaice, gem lettuce and chunky tartar stuffed between a soft bap from our pals Battle Bakes & Cakes LTD. Throw some fries in and thats lunch for £12!

We'll be running this as a staple offering with a broader menu to start from Easter.

Well.. what a fantastic response over the last few weeks, truly blown away! Thankyou for everyone's reviews and kind words.

Menu is up and bookings are now open for this weekend.

We should emphasise that we are still and always will be a fishmongers offering home cooks and chefs the best in fresh fish and seafood for you to cook for yourselves. Alongside fish, the shop has become somewhat of an emporium offering everything you need to complete your meal including beers, wines, veg but to name a few..

However, watch this space as our eat in offering will be expanding in the near future..
