One year ago today, we started The Fruit & Veg Man Bedford. 🧡
We had no idea what we were getting into. Genuinely. We knew we wanted to build something we were proud of, we knew we wanted to do it properly, and we knew it wouldn't be easy. We were right about all three.
One year of 5am market runs for us and the team. One year of deliveries in the rain, the snow, the heat. One year of the most incredible customers, the most loyal trade clients, and a team that shows up every single day and gives everything.
In that time we've gone from a van (the lovely Vito who will soon be passed onto a new owner) and a dream to Frosts Willington, a new signwritten van, a 'big van, a growing team and a community that genuinely has our backs.

To every customer who took a chance on us. To every chef who let us supply their kitchen. To every office that ordered a fruit box. To Damian, Paula, Michelle, James, Galina, Lily, Rick, Ben, Steve and everyone who's been part of this journey. To our families who put up with the early mornings and the late nights. And to Sanjay, our franchisor, who built this brand from the ground up and backed us from day one. The Fruit & Veg Man started with his vision and we're proud to carry it forward.
