We have been shortlisted for Best Restaurant of the Year at the LCN Awards !

The LCN Awards celebrate excellence across Northern Ireland’s hospitality recognising the restaurants, teams and businesses helping shape the industry through quality, service and innovation.

To be recognised as finalists in the Best Restaurant of the Year category genuinely means a great deal to us. We put our hearts into what we do every single day, from the food we cook to the atmosphere we create, so this recognition is a real privilege.

A huge thank you to and our incredible team, our suppliers and everyone who continues to support La Bottega.

Join us at La Bottega on the 26th of May for a special evening of art, food and apericena featuring “Loose Landscapes and Still Life” by the talented local artist .harte .

Working from her Belfast studio, Aly creates expressive semi-abstract paintings shaped by movement, colour and emotion. Her work explores the space where grief and joy meet, resulting in pieces that feel both personal and deeply atmospheric. Each painting is created in oils on canvas, finished with 18ct gold powder and available to purchase on the evening.

On the night, Aly will also be hosting a live painting experience inside the restaurant, making this a truly one-of-a-kind evening where you can watch the creative process unfold in real time while enjoying authentic Italian food and wine.

We’ll be celebrating the Italian way with apericena — pay per glass, enjoy traditional Italian food buffet-style and settle in with an Aperol or Limoncello Spritz, good conversation and beautiful surroundings.
