As 2025 draws to a close I just wanted to express my gratitude to each and every one of our customers existing and new for their continued support through the transition period of myself taking over the shop and for your continued loyalty and patience through the christmas period while I got to grips with running a shop singlehandedly (with Courtney as my apprentice, Dan for stepping in when I needed him , Martin for stepping in at Christmas and my parent's) 🤣.

I appreciate it all greatly and I hope you all have a wonderful 2026 and it brings you all nothing but happiness. Here's to a new year but the same quality meat and customer service you all deserve!

And finally I would like to wish Dan all the very best in his retirement and thank you for giving me this opportunity
