Thanks to everyone who acted as Guinea Pigs, and taste tasted our new Makhani (Butter Chicken) over the past couple of weeks. We've altered the recipe slightly, adding a touch more butter, double cream, and some additional spice mix, and think it's even better than before.

It'll be available this weekend, so call down to St. George's Market, Belfast or the Causeway Speciality Market Coleraine on Saturday if you'd like to try some for yourself!
