McCallum’s Butchers was established by the late Donald McCallum in 1966 at 351 Woodstock Road in Belfast. Throughout the past 50 years the business has been managed by members of the McCallum Family and is currently owned and managed by Donald McCallum junior. We are famous for our Award Winning Sausages and Burgers. We have an extensive range of flavoured sausages including Pork, Honey & Mustard;

Pork & Smoky Bacon Cabbage; Rudolf Revenge; Welsh Dragon; Pork & Spanish Harbour Garlic; Pork & Leek; Pork, Leek & Stout; Traditional Beef; Beef & Vegetable; Beef & Onion and Beef & Black Pepper. McCallum’s were winners of the National Sausage Competition in 2006, 2007 and 2011 with second place being achieved in 2008 & 2009. We also won the Product Innovation Award in 2012 for our Black Pudding Pork Sausages. In 2012 a second shop was opened at 326 Beersbridge Road in Belfast to extend the business across East Belfast.
