Beer and cheese people 👀🍺🧀

We’ve a very good night coming up next Friday with the team at Boundary Brewing. Pairing a whole range of beer styles with an equally wonderful selection of Irish cheese 😅

were one of the first real craft breweries here in Northern Ireland, and they’re a local company we’ve loved and admired for years 🙌🏼 So we’re really excited to have them in with us for this one 🔥

Expect plenty of tasting, chatting, learning a bit more about beer and cheese pairings… and mostly just enjoying yourself

This week, Stephen has gone for Coolea 👇

“For me, Coolea is one of the staples of any good Irish cheeseboard. Butterscotch, honey, and big hits of caramel. It is properly comforting stuff. Perfect with some fresh sourdough bread, or shaved generously over pasta with plenty of black pepper.”

Sustainably grown Irish strawberries from in County Armagh 💃

This is our second delivery since the first one vanished before we even had a chance to take any photos! But we did get a chance to eat some - obviously - and they’re rather wonderful 🍓

The first strawberries of the season really taste that bit more special 🧡
