on being an authentic farmers' market supporting local primary and artisan producers. All our producers pride themselves on growing their own ingredients or sourcing from quality local producers. Inns Cross Market is a great place to start buying your food locally and getting to know local producers in a friendly environment. We also have a few non-food vendors with natural skincare and craft who fit with our artisan and sustainable living ethos. **EDIT** We got carried away! It will be July's market before Robert & Patrick are back with their honey. We know many of you are waiting patiently to stock up again, but nature takes its course so we have to wait a few weeks longer.

🍯Haven't tried their honey? Well here is a little about them:

Patrick Lundy and Robert McCreery, proud members of the Dromore Beekeepers Association and the passionate duo behind Co. Down Honey. These two keep their very own bees in the beautiful County Down countryside, meaning every jar you pick up has been lovingly tended from hive to bottle by the people who know it best.

Also try their prestigious award winning ór Bán Whipped Lardo for making your roast potatoes extra special. It's also great as a butter substitute, spread on some sourdough toast.

🌼 Elderflower. Arguably the star of May! These delicate, fragrant blooms appear for just a few precious weeks and are absolutely worth seeking out. Use them to make cordial, infuse into desserts, or even add to salads for a subtle floral note. Don't miss them — they won't be around for long!

🥗 Spring Greens & Spinach. Fresh, vibrant and packed with nutrients, perfect for salads, stir fries and soups.
