For over 50 years, Granny Magill has been making her famous Christmas pudding — a recipe perfected with love, patience, and just a little bit of magic. Every year after the dinner had settled, we’d gather around the table… waiting for that moment. The lights twinkling, the room warm, and then there it was — Granny’s pudding. Served with a smile and always her seal of approval. 🥹✨
Her recipe has been passed down through generations, and this year we’re so proud to share it with you all, allowing a little piece of Granny’s Christmas tradition to live on in homes near and far. 🎁
Joan — or Mrs. Magill as so many of you will fondly remember from St Clare’s Primary School in Newry — dedicated almost 40 years to teaching P1. She touched countless lives with her kindness, patience and her warm heart. Just last month, she celebrated her 91st birthday 🥳 — still every bit the legend we adore.
