Our Story
Welcome to Claire’s Kitchen, thank you for visiting my page. Claire’s Kitchen offers freshly prepared homemade baking and celebration cakes. I offer free delivery within five miles of Walkington, otherwise a delivery charge of 0.50p per mile will apply. My qualifications based around food are City and Guilds in Professional Cookery, Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and my kitchen has been inspected by the Local Authority Environmental Officer of which I hold a 5* rating.
Claire’s Kitchen was established in November 2011 when I decided to put my passion for food, qualifications and my past experience of assisting my family and friends with their catering needs in to good use. I am a mum of two boys, based in Walkington, I had been thinking how I would manage to return to work when it occurred to me that having a business that I could run from home was the best way forward for our family life.
