This is the lovely Iyra and her Napoleon cake which she bakes for us on our birthdays! The cake consists of layers of buttery puff pastry with smooth Vanilla custard cream, creating a perfect balance of crunch and melt in the mouth richness. We now have it in the deli and cafe for you to try this weekend. Enjoy!
