We followed our dream and bought a dilapidated farm in the south of Italy surrounded by olive groves, almond orchards and birdsong.
Moving to Puglia we unexpectedly became olive farmers, beginning our journey into artisan olive oil.
We farm to organic standards and harvest our olives in the autumn sunshine, pressing them into oil on the same day and repeating the process until we’ve harvested all our trees.
We keep each batch separate as unique limited edition quantities of the highest quality single estate extract virgin olive oil from trees that share the same microclimate, growing conditions and harvest date.
Extra virgin olive oil has to be cold pressed. Our local mill only accepts organic olives.
Olive oil is actually a fruit juice! Our olive oil is unfiltered containing even more health positive qualities. The micro-particles of olive can make the oil cloudy or fall to the bottom of the bottle.
The flavour of our olive oil is intense, deep and powerful.
