Introducing -Thors Hammer 🔨

This beautiful locally sourced cut of meat is also known as Shin of Beef on the Bone. It is a perfect slow cook dish that falls off the bone when served.

It makes an impressive centrepiece for the table (to say the least 🤣) - this particular cut featured is 2.2kg and serves 4 people for £30.00. Slow cook in a rich red wine sauce with creamy mash and seasonal vegetables .
