Sober life....

◾Life will life, everyone has there ways that they cope to fill the void.
Before changing my path of life I would use Drink and Drugs as my coping mechanism, blocking out to oblivion, thinking it was helping but in all honesty, looking back now that was far from the truth!

◾All it did was heighten my anxiety, made me feel more depressed and poison my body, alcohol is something I stay clear of these days. What you do each day excessively will ultimately produce the results of your addiction. Hence why now I chose gym☺️

◾If I can close this and give you a few last words, it's this: During your dark testing times please do find a positive outlet, weather it be gym, drawing, painting, walking, kayaking, Gardening, cooking whatever you choose, use that to regain a positive momentum in your life.

❓How do you track your waistline ❓

◾A couple a months ago my daughters introduced me to these beads and let me tell you it was a life changer.

◾I spent a month in the UK and my eating habits had gone a little off track the Cold weather forces you to stay indoors and EAT basically 🤣

◾All jokes aside my weight is something I'm a little obsessed about so I always try find balance. Good with a little Bad without losing control.

◾ African beads traditionally worn by West African women. The beads enable you to be conscious about what your going to feed your body. It helps you maintain a positive presence with your foods and body. Acting as a reminder to be mindful and be present during each meal.

▪️Where in the world are you Nash? 🗺️🚶🏾‍♀️

▪️Before setting up my first company way back in 2016..I would literally quit working every 3 months just to travel, because whew child my passion was to travel and that's all I wanted to do.

▪️I would always get "Your off again? " or "where in the world are you now? " These are questions I liked... But quitting my job every 3months to travel was not a viable long term solution...as during the time I travelled, I would have no income and had to always look for another job when I returned.

▪️2016 that changed after 4 months on the road travelling through America, Carribean, Australia and South East Asia I said "f**k it" and started my very first ever company. Nubian Cleans a plant based cleaning company and whew child it was the best decision that I had ever made up until this point in my life. Although I had to put in hours of work initially to get it off the ground..

▪️The risk paid it's dues. Within a couple months I was making more money than my previous job, Even better I was free!
Free to travel, Free to work my own hours, Free to hire and fire accordingly. Free from my fears. Fast forward 2024 the fire within me to keep this life still burns brightly.
