Sales Supervisor 7130
o Supervises and coordinates the activities of sales and related workers
o establishes and monitors work schedules
o Handle customer complaints, issues and questions.
o Makes sure all staff are thoroughly informed on the target for the day
and ensures that customer care is the top.
o Up-to-date product knowledge and suggests possible improvements of the products
o Work on store displays and make sure pricing is correct
o Maintain inventory and ensured items are in stock
