Our locally made Tempeh is unpasteurised and made with Organic Italian soy beans.

We culture all our Tempeh in stainless steel rather than plastic bags. This enhances the flavour and delivers fluffy white mycelium teaming with all the good stuff for your microbiome.

You loved our Korean themed sandwich with organic blackbean gochujang Tempeh, onion bhaji, kimchi, homemade sriracha mayo and rocket served in a black charcoal bun 🖤
Chole loaded handcut chips with Vegan yoghurt, sweet tamarind sauce, chopped red onion and fresh coriander went down really well too. You got through 40kg of potatoes!

To be honest this box was purely put on the menu as it's what Bob was having for lunch most days 🤣... And now it has become one of the most popular items with you guys! Packed full of goodness and variety, and you will never be left hungry 👌

Out lentil salad with umami paste is the base. Then marinated kale, seasonal Greens (currently french beans) and roast veg from . tempeh brings the protein fire power and some serious deliciousness. All finished with our house pickles and tahini dressing 💚

There is flavour and seasonal freshness coming at you from everywhere with this box 😊 if you haven't tried it ... trust us ... It's a winner!

Loving this bit of compassionate filth from Plant and Pulse. We had a lot of fun with them creating this unique Tempeh burger. Alongside their delicious smoky, miso lentil burger and fresh wholefood fixings comes our organic black bean Tempeh burger with a nutty roasted seam of organic sunflower seeds. There's enough, easily digestible protein here to keep a large landmass mammal going all day long. It'll keep you guys feeling comfortably full for many, many hours and your microbiome will thank you too
