🥬🍅 Grown just 7 miles from our shop… look what’s arrived this week! 🌱
We absolutely LOVE this time of year when the shelves start filling up with locally and organically grown produce from Marcus at in Halesowen 💚

This week's harvest is looking particularly colourful:
🌱 Fresh spinach
🌈 Rainbow chard
🥬 Curly kale
🌿 Rhubarb
🧅 Shallots
💛 Yellow courgettes
💚 Green courgettes
🧅 Red & white spring onions
🥒 Cucumbers
🍅 Mixed cherry tomatoes
🌿 Fresh basil & curly parsley
🥚 Plus their truly free-range brown & beautiful blue eggs!

Dovehousefields Farm follows the principles of regenerative, organic farming, using zero chemicals on their produce and instead relying on natural compost and fertilisers, barriers and companion planting to help manage pests.

One of our favourite things about working with such a small local grower is seeing the selection change throughout the British growing season — what you find on our shelves genuinely reflects what's being harvested locally right now. 🌱

We're currently receiving a fresh delivery every Friday, but as Dovehousefields is a small holding, quantities are naturally limited.

Every refill is a simple swap that helps reduce unnecessary plastic, and because you're only buying what you need, it's easy to top up little and often.

With the hot weather continuing tomorrow, and after noticing that very few of you are venturing out after 2pm (we don't blame you! 😅), we've decided to extend our temporary opening hours for one more day.

🕘 Friday 26th June: 9.15am – 3.15pm
This helps keep our team safe and comfortable during the hottest part of the day while still giving you plenty of time to pop in for your refill essentials.

And if you do make the trip... why not cool down with an Odi & Moo ice cream? 🍦 We've got delicious dairy and dairy-free options waiting for you!
