Whats the verdict, can we bring back collar bacon?
Drop us a comment and share your thoughts it’s available in the pop up shop this weekend Saturday 2pm-6pm and Sunday 9am-12pm.
So what is collar bacon? It’s cut from the shoulder that’s cured the same way we do all our bacons (dry cured of course) it’s a cross between streaky and back bacon that was fazed out of the mainstream in favour of the back bacon medallion.

We’ll be open again today come stock up for a bank holiday BBQ. we’ve had a lot of preorders in this week so fresh stock is in low supply but the freezers are always stocked up with belly pork, sausages, pork and lamb burgers, ribs and glazed pork skewers. If anyone is wanting something for BBQ tonight drop us a message and if we haven’t got it fresh we can defrost ready for you.
