Trays will be £60 and recommended for 2 to share.

Our most recent Yard Pit barbecue tray. The result of many hours of preparation, pickling, brining, grinding, stuffing, smoking then finally slicing. A true labour of love!

Korean pork belly rib with kimchi...Pork belly on the bone, smoked then glazed in a Korean bbq sauce with our house kimchi on the side.

Trying out new & big flavours and this one smacks hard!

Here's our first pop up announcement of the year!
Friday 20th March, 6pm- 8pm at .brownjug in Cheltenham.

We had a fantastic night there back in November and we can't wait to return and serve up another big night of barbecue!

Menu details to follow, but you can expect to find all the usual big low & slow smoked cuts will be there.

Spaces are limited and we were fully booked a week ahead last time. Get in early to avoid disappointment!

We've now done our last event for 2025 and also the end of the first full year for us.

From the home collection nights we did early in the year to catering for several private events and parties. And of course the popups at some of the best pubs, bars & venues around Cheltenham, its been an awesome year for us!

We'll be taking a winter break and then pick things back up early in the spring for 2026.

Big news on another upcoming bbq night in November!

We will be at the fantastic Tabu cocktail lounge in Bishops Cleeve on Friday 14th November 6.00-7.30pm.

We are serving our bbq trays for 2 people to share, expect brisket, apricot & chilli crisp pork belly, cheese & jalepeno sausage, butter basted turkey, pulled pork, pit beans, slaw, street corn, sauces & pickles. At least 1 kg of smoked meat alone!

We will be taking pre orders for a very limited number of time slots every 10 mins from 6.00 to 7.30pm (9 slots).

Price will be £30 per person based on 2 sharing a tray. Each time slot booking can be made for either 2 or 4 people.

PRE ORDERS GO LIVE THIS SATURDAY 25th 10am , a booking link will be posted on our page.
