What a treat to spend two brilliant days with the chefs at The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews holding chocolate and patisserie work sessions. Thanks Paul, Jane, Megan and team, loved every minute, great to work with you! Fantastic also to learn so much about the clubhouse history and future plans, it is a very special place! I was lucky enough to stay at exceptional Waldon House overlooking the first green and clubhouse, it was luxurious and I highly recommend!
Well done on your lovely creations, I look forward to catching up again soon! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ™

Well done to the HIT Training attendees over the last two days at Xcelerate with Edgbaston academy kitchen! Multi-medium showpieces using nougatine, pastillage, chocolate and pulled sugar, plus filled chocolates too! A lot of skills and info to absorb in a short time, so impressed with the creations! We can't wait to see the results from all this focused work tomorrow! Well done on a productive day today! As always great fun had with HIT Training team and apprentices at Xcelerate with Edgbaston, for the multi-medium display piece course, which involved making and using pastillage, nougatine, chocolate and pulled sugar. Great skills to add to or to refine for their repertoire! Thanks Lakeland Dairies, Callebaut and Blackthorn Salt for your support!

An honour to work in the iconic Westminster Capital City College City College pastry kitchen and chocolate lab over two days at the beginning of March for the The Craft Guild of Chefs Chairmanโ€™s fundraising dinner! We were so well looked after by the staff and students, thanks to all for your support and help, plus letting us loose in the kitchens! Street Vincent Rooms

Not one, not two, but three special events I enjoyed during my recent trip to London, two of them being at Westminster Capital City College ! Thanks to all involved for another amazing dinner Disciples Escoffier UK , this one the UK 20th Anniversary celebration!
