iluminada regularly attends local Food Festivals and events providing giant paellas, seafood and chorizo rolls cooked on the plancha etc

We would be delighted to quote you for your event which may be a small party in your back garden to a major event requiring a Marquee for a wedding etc or a summer bash in the Club House. Our packages are completely flexible. Indoor or outside, we can cook just

the food or provide the complete event including spanish/latin entertainment etc. - the choice is yours. iluminada are also members of the Annonymous Travelling Market, where we cook our paellas and together with our sister company edeli sell fine spanish foods, oils and vinegars!

After a break of 7years, Iluminada will be launched again in 2023. Im busy writing menus and menu development.

We will be launching with 5 fantastic paellas as well as the best of Spanish cheese and meats.

As well as some specialist wine event menus.

I look forward to posting more in the next few months and discussing events with you all.
