We also smoke our own salmon, trout, kippers, duck, chicken, oils, cheeses and various other foods. As well as producing our own food, we also stock carefully chosen items from around the world in our delicatessen in Bolsover. At Jaquest we are passionate about extremely high quality produce, and

always start with the best possible fresh ingredients, and then give them a little love and attention to create something truly outstanding. We use local produce wherever possible, sometimes sourced within a couple of miles from us here at Bolsover. Everything we make is made fresh, from scratch, and can be frozen.
