Mediterranean Chicken:-
150g Diced Chicken
Onion
Courgette
Peppers
Mushrooms
100g Cooked Pasta
1/2 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Tomato Purée
1 Tablespoon Garlic Purée
1 Tablespoon mixed herbs
Spray Oil
Cook vegetables in spray oil for approx 5 minutes and add chicken making sure it it browned off.
Add the chopped tomatoes, purées and herbs and let simmer for 10 minutes whilst boiling the pasta.
Mix together and serve
All for less than 500 calories
