Alec Day Butchers is looking for an enthusiastic Experienced Butcher to work in our business.

The successful candidate will require the skills to:
- Prepare carcass meat for sale
- Serve customers
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Must be able to work within a small team

Basic Food Hygiene will be required for this position.

NOTE: HEAVY LIFTING IS INCLUDED WITHIN THE ROLE

Working Hours - Approx 35 hours per week over 5 Days. (Includes Saturdays, Holiday & Sickness Cover)
