So,why microgreens?

Different types of microgreens will give you different vitamins, minerals and nutrients. But, in general, microgreens are a great source of vitamin A, E, C and K, and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron, selenium and zinc.They also come packed with phytonutrients and antioxidants that protect against certain diseases, support your immune system and help keep your gut microbiome healthy and thriving.The nutrients in microgreens are more concentrated than in their fully grown counterparts making them small but mighty!
Heres just a few suggestions for how to use our delicious microgreens:
•Toss into a salad
•Sprinkle on top of grilled fish or meat
•Mix into scrambled eggs or omelets
•Blend into a smoothie
•Use as topping on soup or pasta
•Add to a sandwich for extra texture
•Garnish hummus or other dips
