A family run, cottage industry business, in the heart of the Cotswolds. Coppernose is dedicated to providing the best quality Jerky, using premium ingredients from ethically sourced, 100% grass fed, British beef. This means we can trace the beef all the way back to the farm. We take care in preparing the Jerky, using only the Sliverside cut, we slice these into long strips (nothing is preformed),

which is then marinated for at least 12 hours before being slowly dehydrated, intensifying the flavour.
