Mid week meals are back.
Quick Chicken Gumbo. Chicken breast with Cajun seasoning, chorizo, celery, peppers and red onion.

Beef Stifado, just add tomato and red wine (or stock)

Chicken Tandoori, pan fry or in the oven for 20 min add coconut milk or stock and tomato or/and lentils. Delicious with rice naan or salad.

Lamb Tagine, Lamb neck fillet in a tasty middle Eastern marinade. Our family favourite.
