This is just one 20 acre field on land over which I stalk. In the last couple of years or so I've taken dozens of deer off this area alone. The speed with which roe deer populations can get out of control never fails to amaze me. They really are a resilient species. Trouble is, overpopulation is good for neither deer, nor farmer. The good news is, their success as a species offers a plentiful supply of ethical, truly free-range, sustainable, and delicious meat. With the added bonus that it's one of the healthiest you can possibly find.
