The pork is gently cured, then allowed to rest and mature, giving our bacon its integrity. Great pork and great cure are the essential ingredients to our Beautiful British Bacon. We cure, smoke and slice this all ourselves and take enormous pride in our work and service. The opportunity my grandparents gave to us by their sheer hard work and dedication is not lost on my children today as we strive

to better ourselves and spread the word that this bacon is truly superb. We supply a number of the finest hotels in London with our beautiful British bacon, home cured ham and hand linked sausages: they are all really rather lovely. As we step into a new year, we want to say thank you.

Since 1932, three generations of our family have been proud to serve this community with proper craft butchery — and that commitment remains at the heart of everything we do.

2026 marks another chapter in our story. We’ll be continuing to build on what we do best, with a few careful improvements along the way 👀

Here’s to another year of great produce, familiar faces, and exciting things quietly taking shape behind the scenes.
