With the weather on the rise for it to be a bit warmer, we are trying to get stocked up on cold drinks and ice creams.
Remember if you have any neighbours who are elderly make sure you check in on them to see if they are ok. Make sure they have plenty of drink.
Also make sure you use plenty of sun cream and keep hydrated.
