This week we have chosen Godminster cheddar as our Cheese of the Week . Godminster Cheddar is a rich, full-flavoured vintage cheddar made in Somerset using organic milk. We are celebrating all things Irish this week. With St Patrick’s Day coming up, we have decided not to do just one Cheese Of The Week but a lovely range of Irish cheeses. These include Cahills Irish Porter which is created by blending Porter beer during the production , Crozier Blue ( a pasteurised sheeps blue cheese) and Cooleeney ( a soft and creamy Camembert style cheese) a long with many others. Stock up while you can and celebrate St Patrick’s Day in style.
