A trio of beautiful British goats cheese… just a little glimpse of what we have in stock.

1. Driftwood Goats Cheese:
✨ a delicious goats’ milk log, rolled in ash, before the grey mottled wrinkly coat is encouraged to develop over the snow white interior.

2. Sinodun Hill Goats Cheese
✨ a ripened goats’ cheese pyramid, similar in style to a Pouligny and other French goats’ cheeses. It is made using the traditional method of slow lactic coagulation and is then matured for up to 21 days to develop the flavour and texture. The rennet is vegetarian – derived from the cardoon thistle.

3. Ragstone Goats Cheese
✨ a soft, matured goat’s cheese with a densely fudgy texture and lactic, lemony flavours reminiscent of crème fraiche.
