This isn't your average beef.
Our Friesian beef spent around 8 years as a dairy cow before being carefully finished on pasture for a further 24 months to 5 years, allowing it to naturally gain condition and develop exceptional depth of flavour.
After butchering, the beef is then dry-aged in our ageing cabinet for 6 weeks, enhancing tenderness and creating the rich, complex taste that only time can achieve.
The result? Premium beef with outstanding flavour, incredible marbling, and a tenderness that's worth experiencing for yourself.
